Dr. Eve Kellner, DO, is a board-certified psychiatrist with a passion for building trust, access, and continuity of care for people navigating complex mental health challenges. She trained at Touro University of California, completed her psychiatry residency in New York—where she served as Chief Resident—and went on to complete a fellowship in Public Psychiatry at Columbia University.
Over the past decade, Dr. Kellner has worked in diverse settings, from hospital emergency rooms and inpatient units to community-based models of care like Intensive Case Management (ICM) and Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT). She has led teams as a Chief Medical Officer and Program Director, helping to implement innovative approaches like telepsychiatry, integrated care coordination, and mobile outreach for hard-to-engage populations.
Her work centers on making psychiatric care approachable and accessible—whether through direct patient care, team education, or organizational leadership. Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Kellner has also been a strong advocate for physicians and patients, serving as National President of the Committee of Interns and Residents, where she represented 15,000 doctors in training across the U.S.
