About Lori
Lori is a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. With a deep commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, Lori integrates humanistic and relational approaches through the lens of attachment theory and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Specializing in treating individuals and couples, Lori works with clients facing challenges such as life and relationship stressors and transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, infertility and grief.
Utilizing a blend of clinical modalities—including AEDP, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, and Circle of Security—Lori helps clients explore and heal the underlying emotional patterns affecting their well-being. An LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist, Lori fosters a safe, non-judgmental space for all clients to explore their emotions and relationships. Through collaborative, client-centered care, Lori empowers individuals and couples to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
