About Megan

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, adults, children, and families. I have a diverse background, with experience in rural mental health centers, private practice, and both private and public schools, which allows me to approach each situation with flexibility and a deep understanding of various contexts.

I have a particular focus on supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, divorce, the transitions of new parenthood, and the many family and relationship stressors that arise in everyday life. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals and families who are managing complex medical illnesses and the stress that comes with caregiving, helping them navigate the emotional and practical challenges these situations bring.

My approach is centered on creating a trusting, compassionate relationship with each client, where they feel truly heard and understood. Together, we work to identify strengths, break unhelpful patterns, and develop practical skills for overcoming life's challenges. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience and find lasting, positive change in their lives.
